MPC Tech GmbH was founded in 2007 and it was a spin-off from the established company MPC GmbH in order to expand and separate our product portfolio to satisfy all customer requests - based on more than 25 years experience in steel plant business.
One of MPC Tech strengths is surely its network grown over many, many years and still growing from year to year. We have a lot of contacts with all the global contractors and our relation with other companies allow us that we can help our customers very often even looking for a product which is normally out of our scope of supply.

Volker’s activities concerning engineering and
sales to the steel industry worldwide started about 25 years ago. He joined MPC
GmbH as a sales and marketing manager. At this time, MPC was a 100% daughter
company of MPC AB in Sweden.
With an MBO, Volker and his previous partner
took over MPC AB in Sweden and MPC GmbH in 1991.
In 2006, Volker and his previous partner sold
MPC AB to the Agellis Group in Sweden. After this, MPC GmbH re-started with
Volker as the managing director and Morten as the registered manager; both are
shareholders.
In 2005, Volker and Morten founded bs-roofs
Ltd., a company providing patented water cooled LF roofs made of rectangular
sections.
In 2007, Volker and Morten founded MPC TECH
GmbH - a company
that provides high-tech products based on laser-, microwave- and IR technology.
Volker and Morten are the managing directors and shareholders.
With many years of experience on a senior
management level, Volker focuses on ensuring that all customer’s needs and
expectations are met and exceeded.

Morten’s activities concerning engineering and
sales to the steel industry worldwide started in 2001, after finishing
university with an engineering degree. He was employed at the former MPE GmbH
as a registered manager for sales and marketing.
At the same time he was involved in the MPC
GmbH business. In 2006, Morten
became shareholder of MPC GmbH and was appointed registered
manager. In June 2009 he became Managing Director of MPC GmbH.
In 2005 Morten started bs-roofs Ltd. together
with Volker, a company providing patented water cooled LF roofs made of
rectangular sections.
He acts as a
managing director and shareholder.
Furthermore he has founded, together with Volker and his
younger brother Torben, a company called Spetraco Ltd. This company was founded in 2005 and provides special
refractory material to improve the cleanness of steel. Morten acts as a
managing director and shareholder.

GmbH - a company
that provides high-tech products based on laser-, microwave- and IR technology.
Morten’s technical experience and his IT know-how
as well as his network in all the companies guarantees the customers around the
world that all their needs and expectations are met and exceeded. |

Torben Specht
Director Sales, Service and After Sales

One of Torben's background is
financing. He started working at a bank before he made a combined
work/university study. He finished university with a Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH).
After that he was working for a long time for a
hedgefond-selling company.
This will be in favour of MPC TECH GmbH on financial belongings.
From childhood on he was interest
in tools and technical things and today he has a very good technical background.
He is a big asset for MPC TECH GmbH and he is mainly responsible for Engineering and Commissioning.
At 5th of September 2011 he got power of attourney.
Furthermore he founded in 2005, together with Volker and Morten, a company called SpeTraCo Ltd.
This company provides special refractory material to improve the
cleanness of steel. Torben acts as a managing director and shareholder.
Torben's technical experience and his know-how guarantees the customers around the
